AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY'S PUBLIC BROADCASTING OPERATIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-four thousand dollars ($164,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to improve the university's KRWG-TV public television broadcasting operations. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
