has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 18, after "proceeding", insert "or any meeting with the office of the prosecutor or defense attorney".

     2. On page 2, line 10, after "victim", insert ", or a notice of hearing, a subpoena or a written or electronically transmitted request for a meeting from the office of the prosecutor or defense attorney".
