AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE STUDENT EDUCATION PROGRAMS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for substance abuse student education programs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
