HOUSE BILL 259

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25, strike “an” and insert in lieu thereof “a”.

            2. On page 2, line 1, strike “out of-state resident” and after “veteran” insert “who

 is not a resident of New Mexico”.

            3. On page 2, line 24, strike “continuously”.

            4. On page 2, line 24, strike “the same” and insert in lieu thereof “a”.

            5. On page 2, line 25, after the period strike the remainder of the line and on

 page 3, strike lines 1 through 3.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
