    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 367, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after "OF", insert "PRINTED" and strike "in electronic format".

     2. On page 1, line 24, after “comma” insert “to be in printed form”.

     3. On page 1, line 25 after the period, strike “A”.

     4. On page 2, strike all of lines 1 through 4.

     5. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "Prior to each regular legislative session, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     6. On page 2, lines 13 and 14, remove the brackets and line- through.,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
