has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 10, line 13, after "trust", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 up to the semicolon.

     2. On page 13, line 18, after the subsection designation "D.", strike "For each calendar quarter beginning" and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning".

     3. On page 13, line 20, after "each", insert "nonresident".

     4. On page 13, line 21, after "income", strike "for that quarter".

     5. On page 14, line 6, after the subsection designation "E.", strike "For each calendar quarter beginning" and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning".

     6. On page 14, line 9, after "withhold", strike "in each quarter".

     7. On page 14, line 17, after the subsection designation "F.", strike "For each calendar quarter beginning" and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning".

     8. On page 14, line 20, after "withhold", strike "in each quarter".

     9. On pages 14 and 15, strike Subsection G in its entirety.

     10. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
