AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR A MASTER'S OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY DEGREE PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thirteen thousand dollars ($213,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal years 2010 and 2011 for a master's of occupational therapy degree program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
