HOUSE LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 493

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "adequately and in good faith".

     2. On page 2, line 16, after "investigation" insert ", notice of claim, subpoena or a hearing notice".

     3. On page 2, strike line 17 in its entirety and strike line 18 up to "shall".

      4. On page 4, line 23, after "be" insert a closing quotation mark.

     5. On pages 4 and 5, strike Subsection G.

     6. On page 11, line 5, after "employees" insert ", after exhausting all reasonable efforts to locate the employee or employees,".
