AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT TO PROMOTE A MUSEUM'S TRAVELING EXHIBITIONS AND PROGRAMS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to promote and advertise, in New Mexico and nationally, traveling exhibitions and ancillary programs of a museum located in Santa Fe county that is dedicated to the genre of American modernism and an artist of international stature. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
