AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND COMMUNITY PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR PERSONS WITH MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to contract with a not-for-profit organization in Albuquerque to fund community support for persons with mental health challenges. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
