HOUSE BILL 820

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 3, strike “operating capital”.

    2. On page 4, lines 24 and 25, strike “any or all”, and after “revenues” insert “in an amount sufficient to pay annual debt services on the bonds”.

    3. On page 5, line 3, strike “any or all”, and on line 4, after “revenues” insert “in an amount sufficient to pay annual debt services on the bonds”.
