SENATE BILL 5

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period and strike lines 15 and 16 in their entirety.

    2. On page 1, line 25, after "qualified", insert "New Mexico".

    3. On page 3, lines 18 through 21, remove the brackets and line-through and on lines 21 and 22, strike "part of a crime laboratory".

    4. On page 5, lines 20 through 25, remove the bracket and line-through.

    5. On page 6, lines 1 through 4, remove the bracket and line-through and on line 4, strike "advisory" and insert in lieu thereof "oversight".

    6. On page 7, strike lines 10 through 12 in their entirety.

    7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
