      SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 26

DO PASS, amended as follows:

      1. On page 1, line 16, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 17 in its entirety and strike line 18 through the semicolon.

      2. On page 11, line 21, through page 13, line 5, strike Section 8 in its entirety.

      3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
