SENATE BILL 80

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 3, line 9, before the period insert:

"; provided that for the taxable year beginning in 2009, the payment due on the fifteenth day of the fourth month shall be twelve and one-half percent of the tax estimated under Paragraph (1), (2) or (3) of Subsection A of this section or fifty percent of the estimated tax calculated under Paragraph (4) of Subsection A of this section".
