AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO HIRE A TEMPORARY FULL-TIME CLERK TO ASSIST WITH AND REDO PROBATE RECORDS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal years 2010 and 2011 to hire a temporary full-time clerk to assist with and redo the probate records in the office of the San Miguel county probate clerk. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
