    1. On page 5, line 2, after "services", insert "and public telecommunications services to or from inmates of any type of correctional facility or jail provided pursuant to a contract with the correctional facility or jail".

    2. On page 5, line 5, strike "subsection" and insert in lieu thereof "section".

    3. On page 6, lines 9 and 12, after "business", strike "basic".

    4. On page 7, line 16, after "business", strike "basic".
