    1. On page 5, line 5, strike "subsection" and insert in lieu thereof "section".

    2. On page 8, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection:

         "P. The commission shall report annually to the governor and the legislature on the status of the deregulation of the telecommunications services listed in this section, including retail rates for business and residential local exchange services, interexchange services, private line services, designed services or discretionary services provided throughout the state and, after July 1, 2012, single line flat-rated residential and business basic local exchange services.".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    4. On page 11, line 17, strike "2013" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".
