SENATE BILL 450

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 3, strike "gas-electric".

    2. On page 2, line 4, strike "or".

    3. On page 2, line 7, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

    4. On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(4) are plug-in electric vehicles.".

    5. On page 3, line 11, strike "(3)" and insert in lieu thereof "(4)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
