SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE BILL 464

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 7, strike the second occurrence of "and parents" and insert in lieu thereof "who have reached the age of majority and parents of minor students".

     2. On page 2, line 17, strike "their".

     3. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike "and parents" and insert in lieu thereof "who have reached the age of majority and parents of minor students".

     4. On page 2, line 22, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     5. On page 2, line 23, after "student" insert "who has reached the age of majority".

     6. On page 2, line 24, strike "parent" and insert in lieu thereof "the parent of a minor student".

     7. On pages 2 and 3, strike paragraph 3 in its entirety.

     8. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
