has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, strike "shall" and in lieu thereof insert "may".

    2. On page 2, line 25, and on page 3, line 1, strike "adult probation and parole division of the corrections department" and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor compliance program".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
