    1. On page 1, line 13, strike the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, and strike lines 14 through 16 up to the period.

    2. On pages 3 through 17, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
