    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 569

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 2, after the semicolon, add "or".

    2. On page 4, line 3, after "child", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 4 and 5 in their entirety and strike line 6 up to the period.

    3. On page 5, line 9, strike "an".

    4. On page 5, strike line 10 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof:

"the rights of an unemancipated minor to consent to treatment, nor shall this section be read to conflict with the rights of parents and children pursuant to the Children's Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Act".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
