    1. On page 3, line 12, strike "twenty-five dollars ($25.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred dollars ($100)".

    2. On page 3, line 21, after "general", strike the remainder of the line and on line 22, strike "requirements" and insert in lieu thereof "shall promulgate rules for the investigation of violations and the enforcement of the provisions".
