has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "INTERIM RADIOACTIVE AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS" and insert in lieu thereof "NEW MEXICO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL TO DIRECT THE APPROPRIATE".

     2. On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike "interim radioactive and hazardous materials committee" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council".

     3. On page 2, line 22, after "to" insert "direct the appropriate committee to".

     4. On page 3, line 2, after "the" insert "appropriate".

     5. On page 3, line 11, after "the" insert "appropriate".

     6. On page 3, line 19, after "the" insert "appropriate".

     7. On page 3, line 25, and on page 4, line 1, strike "interim radioactive and hazardous materials committee" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council".
