    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 39

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF" and insert in lieu thereof "FACILITATE DIALOGUE BETWEEN ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND ASSESS ISSUES SURROUNDING".

    2. On page 3, lines 4 and 5, strike "conduct a study to determine the feasibility of" and insert in lieu thereof "facilitate dialogue between all interested parties and assess issues surrounding".

    3. On page 3, line 6, after "purposes", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 7 in its entirety and strike line 8 through "2009".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
