has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, after "STUDY", strike "AND IMPLEMENT".

     2. On page 3, line 20, after "organize", strike "and implement".

     3. On page 3, line 25, after "study", strike "and implement".

     4. On page 4, line 23, after "force", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 24 through "exchange".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
