SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 44

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following:

    "WHEREAS, children from immigrant families are often unfairly criticized and even attacked and can be targeted for abuse based on the perceived acts of their parents or others, even though they are innocents and the attacks on them are unjustified and unwarranted; and".
