has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 5, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     2. On page 4, line 6, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

     3. On page 4, line 6, after the second occurrence of "judge", insert "; and a member of the senate and a member of the house of representatives, appointed by the New Mexico legislative council".
