AN ACT

RELATING TO STATE GOVERNMENT; REPEALING OR DISSOLVING INACTIVE EXECUTIVE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. REPEAL.--

          A. Section 9-2A-12 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1992, Chapter 57, Section 12, as amended) is repealed.

          B. Section 22-8-46 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 2005, Chapter 49, Section 1, as amended) is repealed.

          C. Sections 29-12A-1 through 29-12A-6 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 2003, Chapter 249, Sections 1 through 6) are repealed.

          D. Sections 60-2D-1 through 60-2D-18 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1991, Chapter 233, Sections 1 through 18) are repealed.
