HOUSE BILL 26

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "OSTEOPATHY" insert "AND PHARMACIST CLINICIANS".

     2. On page 4, line 25, after "Act" insert ", a pharmacist clinician licensed or certified to prescribe and administer drugs that are subject to the New Mexico Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act;".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
