has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

     2. On page 4, line 20, strike "By October 1, 2010, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     3. On page 4, line 25, strike "2010" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".

     4. On page 5, strike lines 10 through 15 in their entirety.
