HOUSE BILL 93

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 10, line 19, before "eighteen", insert "within".

     2. On page 11, line 7, strike "parts, accessories,".

     3. On page 11, line 12, after "dealer", insert "unless the fair market value is mutually agreed upon by the parties".

     4. On page 12, line 10, after the period, insert an ending quotation mark.

     5. On page 12, lines 11 through 14, strike Subsection F in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
