has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, lines 17 and 18, strike "or business".

     2. Strike Business and Industry Committee Amendment #3.

     3. On page 5, line 19, after the period insert “Proprietary confidential information includes power purchase agreements, costs of production, costs of transmission, transmission service agreements, credit reviews, detailed power models and financing statements.”.
