    1. On page 17, line 13, strike "and".

    2. On page 20, line 7, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2010".

    3. On page 20, line 9, strike "1." and insert in lieu thereof "0; and".

    4. On page 20, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(6) from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011, each employer making contributions pursuant to this subsection shall make a contribution at the rate specified in Contribution Schedule 1.".
