    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 10

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, strike line 12 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "IN SECTION 7-9-92 NMSA 1978 (BEING LAWS 2004, CHAPTER 116, SECTION 5)".

    2. On page 1, line 17, strike "STAPLE".

    3. On page 1, line 19, strike "staple".

    4. On page 2, strike lines 1 through 6 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

             "(1) "food" means any food or food product for home consumption that is an eligible food for purposes of the special supplemental nutrition program for New Mexico women, infants and children administered by the department of health or that is fresh or frozen meat, poultry or fish with no additional ingredients or only minimal additional ingredients; and".

    5. On page 2, line 9, strike "7 USCA 2010(k)(1)" and insert in lieu thereof "7 USCA 2012(p)(1)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
