    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 46

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "TO", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "ALL OWNER-OCCUPIED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OCCURRED IN THE PRIOR TAX YEAR.".

    2. On page 1, line 23, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "an owner-occupied residential".

    3. On page 2, line 9, strike "or".

    4. On page 2, line 17, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

    5. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert:

             "(4) a residential property in which the owner does not occupy the property as the owner's permanent primary residence; as defined by department rules.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
