 SENATE BILL 60, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 18, strike subsection designation “A.”.

    2. On page 6, lines 21 through 25, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    3. On page 7, lines 1 through 12, strike Sections 10 and 11 in their entirety.

    4. Renumber succeeding section accordingly.
