 SENATE BILL 138

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, lines 8 through 11, strike Subsection B and insert in lieu thereof:

      “B. An appraisal management company shall not require an appraiser to indemnify the appraisal management company against liability except liability for errors and omissions by the appraiser.”“.

2. On page 5, lines 16 through 19, strike Subsection A.

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    4. On page 6, line 9, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    5. On page 6, line 10, strike “(1)”.

    6. On page 6, line 11, strike “; and” and strike lines 12 through 16 up to the period.
