    1. On page 3, line 13, after "officer" insert ", the educational retirement board and the retirement board of the public employees retirement association".

    2. On page 4, line 6, after "referral" insert "within six months".

    3. On page 4, line 21, strike "For" and insert in lieu thereof:

"Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) is appropriated from the funds managed by the state investment officer, the educational retirement board and the retirement board of the public employees retirement association to the office of the attorney general for the expenditures of the office of independent counsel in fiscal year 2010 and subsequent fiscal years. The amount appropriated from each fund shall be in proportion to the market value of each fund as determined by the department of finance and administration. In addition to any budget adjustment authority granted in general appropriation acts and notwithstanding any limitations on budget adjustments in those acts, for".

    4. On page 5, line 1, after "officer" insert ", the educational retirement board and the retirement board of the public employees retirement association".

    5. On page 5, line 3, after the period insert "Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the termination of the contract with the office of independent counsel shall revert to the funds from which appropriated in the same proportion as money from the funds was appropriated.".
