    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 30

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 22, strike "child in the uterus" and insert in lieu thereof "living fetus of twenty weeks or more gestation".

     2. On page 1, line 23, strike the comma and the remainder of the line and strike line 24 up to the period.

     3. On page 4, line 23 through page 5, line 2, strike Section 7 in its entirety.,

     4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
