1. On page 2, lines 13 and 14, strike "three cents ($.03) per

minute or".

     2. On page 2, line 20, after the period, insert "No calls between inmates and their counsel shall be subject to the provisions of this subsection.".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
