     2. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "AND THE PURCHASING DIVISION OF THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT".

     3. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike ", PURCHASING DIVISION".

     4. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "MAKING THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT A NON-CABINET DEPARTMENT;".

     5. On page 3, lines 18 and 19, strike Paragraph (7) in its entirety.

     6. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     7. On pages 14 through 20, strike Sections 11 through 14 in their entirety.

     8. On pages 27 through 42, strike Sections 23 through 35 in their entirety.

     9. On pages 44 and 45, strike Sections 37 and 38 in their entirety.

     10. Renumber the sections to correspond to these amendments.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
