HOUSE BILL 67

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, after "SERVICE", insert "; IMPOSING PENALTIES".

     2. On page 2, between lines 12 and 13 insert a new subsection to read:

          C. A person who violates Section 1 of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be sentenced pursuant to Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978."".
