    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 127

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "DANGEROUS DRUGS" and insert in lieu thereof "DRUGS THAT ARE USED IN PRIMARY CARE PRACTICE".

     2. On page 3, line 3, strike "dangerous drugs" and insert in lieu thereof "drugs that are used in primary care practice".

     3. On page 3, line 3, strike the semicolon, remove the brackets and line through "and the practice of acupuncture" and after "acupuncture", insert a semicolon.

     4. On page 12, line 22, strike "dangerous drugs" and insert in lieu thereof "drugs that are used in primary care practice".
