has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 7, strike "green" and insert in lieu thereof "high performance".

     2. On page 4, line 5, after the semicolon insert "or".

     3. On page 4, line 9, strike the second "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     4. On page 4, strike lines 10 through 13.

     5. On page 8, line 19, strike "SETOFF" and insert in lieu thereof "OFFSET".

     6. On page 8, line 23, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "an".

     7. On page 8, line 24, strike "setoff" and insert in lieu thereof "offset".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
