     1. On page 3, line 22, strike ", that emphasizes" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     2. On page 3, lines 24 and 25, strike "and that may be pursuant to joint powers agreements between the courts and" and insert in lieu thereof ", including projects with".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
