    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 244

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, after "Mexico", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 22 in its entirety, strike line 23 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "World War II veterans and will be distributed to television networks, universities, museums, libraries and military institutions worldwide securing for China-Burma-India veterans their rightful and deserved place in World War II history".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
