HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 253, as amended

    1. Strike all house judiciary committee amendments.

    2. On page 2, line 5, before the comma, insert "and except as provided in Subsection C of this section".

    3. On page 2, line 12 strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 12 and 13, insert the following:

         "C. A defendant may file a motion and, upon a finding of good cause, the court may issue an order allowing duplication."".
