has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike “REQUIRING” and insert in lieu thereof “ALLOWING”.

    2. On page 1, line 20, strike “By July 1, 2013, all school” and insert in lieu thereof “School” and strike “shall” and insert in lieu thereof “may”.

    3. On page 1, line 24, after “All” insert “net”.
