HOUSE BILL 278

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 17, before the period, insert "; provided that the board of trustees shall not have regulatory jurisdiction over, and the provisions of Chapter 49, Article 1 NMSA 1978 shall not apply to or govern, any lands or interests in real property the title to which is held by any other person, including a public or private corporation, partnership or limited liability company".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
